Inpharm Co performs it's business in accordance to the current regulations, good business practice and business ethics, and within it, grounds for the further progress is seen in, among the other, compliance to the current requirements of the Law on medicines and medicinal devices, Regulation on conditions for wholesale distribution of medicines and medical devices, as well as, in guidelines of the Good distribution practice. Buildings and premises are properly approved and licensed for use in the business and are subject to regular inspections of the Ministry of Health, Sanitary Inspectorate, Pharmaceutical and Custom inspections. The company has valid licenses for the import, export, consignment, wholesale and distribution of medicinal products and medical devices including biologics, antibiotics, narcotics and medicines which require maintenance of the cold-chain.

Quality system that is implemented in business activities of Inpharm Co, assures that:

• medicines that are licensed for marketing can be distributed only
• storage conditions of medicines and other products are continually being observed at all the time, including during transport
• there is no possibility of contamination with other products
• medicines and other products are handled appropriately, as well as
• medicines and other products are stored in designated, secure locations and under demanding conditions

The quality system ensures that the right products are being delivered to the right place, within acceptable period of time, and, if it’s necessary to withdraw the product from the market, the procedure is being done in simple, efficient and fast way.

Since 2007, Inpharm Co is an ISO 9001 certified by Quality Austria and regularly maintains and improves its quality system. The requirements of ISO 9001:2008 have been completely implemented in our business
