CitrIN Mg DUO

CitrIN Mg DUO is a dietary supplement which contains magnesium from two organic sources: magnesium-citrate and magnesium- bisglycinate, enabling optimal absorption and bioavailability of magnesium. Magnesium-citrate and magnesium- bisglycinate are readily soluble in water and gastrointestinal contents, which means that these compounds are easily absorbed and reach the bloodstream (which is the essence of bioavailability) to a great extent.

130 mg of rudimentary dual-form magnesium (Mg-citrate and Mg-bisglycinate) in one tablet of CitrIN Mg DUO can significantly aid the prevention and/or help suppression of: cramps and muscle weakness, heart arrhythmia, weakened heart and hypertension, migraines and other forms of headaches, insomnia, and poor sleep quality

depression and anxiety, fatigue and weakness of the entire organism, strenuous sports exercise, premature labour i.e. premature uterine contractions, symptoms of PMS. In addition to magnesium, CitrIN Mg DUO also contains vitamins B1 and B6, enables regular functioning of the nervous system and muscles as well as regular functioning of the heart as a result of its composition, and is recommended with conditions leading to increased loss or consumption of magnesium: diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, irregular diet, alcoholism, disorders of absorption, kidney failure, pregnancy…
